**Please Note: We are only able to adopt in the state of Maryland and southern Pennsylvania.**

Richie came to us from an overcrowded shelter. He had lost his mom and needed to be bottle fed by his foster mom. Richie is very affectionate and will be a wonderful and sweet addition to someone's family. Richie is currently being fostered with another kitten named Mitzi who he loves very much. We'd like to see him adopted with Mitzi or to a home with another cat.
