What’s long, black, tan, and handsome? It’s me, Henry and I'm a sweet, happy-go-lucky dachshund guaranteed to steal your heart. My first family took me to a shelter when they couldn’t afford the back surgery I needed. Thanks to my rescuers, I have had the surgery (you can call me the “bionic dog”) and I am better then ever.

I am a mature adult who is well mannered, housebroken, and good with other small dogs and with cats. I relate better to adults and so will need a home without children. I have lots of energy and love to play and snuggle.

I am proud to say I have not met a lap I did not want to sit on! I promise to give you endless, deep devotion and lots and lots of kisses. Please come to see me and be my forever family.
