UPDATE: Scooby has healed very well and is no longer on crate rest. His leg will always be a bit fragile so we are still looking for a quiet home for him. He is very sweet and loves his people. He is going to be a wonderful companion for some lucky family.

Scooby was hit by a car and had his back leg shattered. Emergency surgery by a dedicated veterinary surgeon saved his leg. He is on crate rest for 8 weeks with only short bathroom breaks. Even with the pain he has been through, Scooby always wags his tail when someone comes to visit him at his crate. He gets a little lonely sometimes and quietly whines hoping someone will pay attention to him.

He is a very sweet and lovable dog who needs a quiet home without children because he will always be a bit fragile since his accident. He will also require a fenced yard.
