Higgins is a 1 year old, neutered, black lab-mix. He's up to date on shots, healthy and very active. Higgins loves people and kids, not so great with little dogs. He's smart, playful, easily trainable, affectionate. Higgins was raised by a loving family who forgot to train him. He does not have a history of abuse or neglect, his family simply failed at training him then gave him up because he wasn't trained.
